Your Role


As an Administrative Assistant at BrighterDay, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling paperwork. Your work will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients and keeping our clinic operations running smoothly.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with at least two years of administrative experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this role. Familiarity with healthcare management systems would be a plus.
